Critical Criteria
- Failure to initiate or call for transport of the patient within 15-minute time limit
- Failure to voice and ultimately provide appropriate oxygen therapy (if indicated)
- Failure to provide adequate ventilation (if Indicated)
- Failure to find or appropriately manage problems associated with airway, breathing, hemorrhage or shock
- Failure to manage injuries and wounds appropriately
- Does other detailed history or physical examination before assessing and treating threats to airway, breathing, and circulation
- Failure to assess the need for spinal protection when indicated
- Failure to manage shock appropriately. (heat, positioning, O2)
