  • Failure to voice and ultimately provide appropriate oxygen therapy (if indicated)
  • Failure to provide adequate ventilation (if Indicated)
  • Failure to find or appropriately manage problems associated with airway, breathing, hemorrhage or shock
  • Failure to manage injuries and wounds appropriately
  • Does other detailed history or physical examination before assessing and treating threats to airway, breathing, and circulation
  • Failure to assess the need for spinal protection when indicated
  • Failure to manage shock appropriately. (heat, positioning, O2)
